All products are generally dispatched within 5-7 days of payment for order, but customers are requested to consider ordering earlier.
Prior to Bank Holiday periods, particularly the Christmas period. Items delivered by our carriers, can in some instances take up to 28 days for actual delivery. Whilst this instance is often in the extreme, please allow adequate time prior to contacting us concerning non- delivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that your purchase is dispatched in excellent condition but if items are recieved damaged, please contact us before returning them and keep the packaging as this may be needed in order to claim from the postal authorities. We will happily replace wrong sized clothing orders for the correct size if goods returened to us in perfect condition.
Should an item be out of stock, we may dispatch part of the order to you with the remainder following later.
The customer may cancel an order at any time. The customer may return any 'Unused' goods within 7 working days of receipt and we will refund the cost of any goods as soon as they are in their original undamaged packaging and have not been used. Delivery and/or return charges will not be refunded.
Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods are released. If your order is urgent there will be an additional charge of £15.00 to obtain special clearance on your cheque.
In accordance with standard requirment we are commited to protecting your privacy. We will only use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided to us. The information we collect from you only be used to process your order on to others, but we may use or disclose personal information that is relevant to legal proceedings or as required by law.
